Thank you Thank you very much for inviting me to share our success story, voila, an insurance company with Incorta, which is actually I see it backwards. Which is, of course, the success story with Voila Insurance. My name is Suhad Delaid. I'm a data analyst at the at Voila Insurance Company.
I held a a master's degree in computer science management information technology.
I have a back experience with data analysis when I graduated from my master's degree in a small company.
For, for, IT solution where we use, traditional sequel and data modeling to provide our customer some analytics and dashboard.
However, Okay.
Moving when I moved with Voila to work in a high level.
Well, our insurance company is one of one of the well known company in insurance industry where we provide of various products and insurance.
However, with this, twenty twenty three visions in Saudi Arabia as well with the high, demand in marketing we are facing a lot of challenges regarding the data. We should actually, I will not see it as a challenges as its requirement And one of these requirements is the Triple S.
I'll go.
The trouble s, you will wonder what is the trouble s? I will say trouble s requirements in data delivery is the speed.
The simplivity make the data simple and the scapularities, which is can handle a large data. If I wanna talk about the speed, we all aiming for high, delivery in real time, and I let as well, enabling making the data, decision making faster.
And that within Corta, that's to accelerate the timing from accessing the data, analytic, as well as creating insights.
If I want to talk about the simpleities, with large data, there's a lot of complex requirement.
I'm not sure if it's the second one.
There is a lot of complex requirement, and this is coming the complex reports coming from multi sources data, some with the raw data, also the sources, and in court to provide simplify's platform how to take this complex data and simplify it and make the business user able to create their own dash to the school without having a very heavily dependent on IT department.
And the third point, which is also one of our requirement is its capabilities. The huge load of data, we need a platform can handle a large volume of numbers of data. And different type of sources and how we can united it. And that's what was provided easily from Encore's as you can see here, multidata source, we're dealing with with the multidata source, as well with the complex and the qualities, and lacking real time challenges.
With Encorta, we managed to overcome these challenges and provide us a real time data abilities as well with the faster processing and advance that of visualizations.
Who using Encorta in our department. Basically, I will see Encorta is our nerve system in our company. Where each department de heavily dependent and incurred that because we saw how it's advantage and faster our process from the medical department as well to the finance going to the summary report requirement along with the claim and the motor department as well.

We are dealing with multi sources, which is one of the thing that it's kinda challenging before we have we have in court in our system is, which is five data sources, between the legacy system and also the external data sources, we have over two hundred gigabytes of loading fifty plus reporting, and real time data availability for every business user needed on time.
